LOTL Infra · 120-Day Partnership Sprint · Case Studies

Three brands.
Three bottlenecks.
120 days each.

One brand had no name. One had a name stuck inside its parent company. One had everything except the industry's haan. Each signed a 120-Day Partnership Sprint. This is what happened.

Strategic Investment & Design Ecosystem

Case Study 01 · Nagpur

Space Attire.

A brand that did not exist on Day 1. A 30,000 sq ft destination for internationally sourced furniture. Built, branded, and launched in 120 days.

Chapter 01 · Day Zero

No name. Just nerve.

Space Attire approached LOTL Infra with an under-construction showroom and one question: why should Nagpur travel to buy the world's furniture?

No logo. No digital presence. No name the market knew. What CA Pratyush Tawani had was 30,000 sq ft of raw space and pure conviction. In Hindi there is a word for it: jigar.

Most agencies would have quoted a logo. LOTL Infra saw a launch. Two lines went on the wall: build the brand from zero, open the doors to the city. The brand invests. LOTL Infra executes. Baat pakki.

Chapter 02 · Days 1 to 30

First, the pehchaan.

Month one built the foundation. Identity from zero: logo, visual language, typography, the full communication system. Not decoration. Infrastructure.

And the showroom became the brand's largest canvas. Visual merchandising and indoor branding designed so that walking the floor and reading the brand became the same experience.

Then, one line for the whole city.

A launch needs one idea strong enough to survive a hoarding, a headline, and a hashtag. Ours was a feeling the city always had, just never saw written down:

#NagpurDeservesMore

The campaign ran 360 degrees, offline and online as one system. Hoardings carried the line before anyone knew who was behind it. The whole city was asking yeh kaun hai? and the digital rollout answered. Streets to feeds, the campaign went viral. By launch day, 50+ enquiries had already walked in through the phone.

Chapter 04 · Days 91 to 120

Two launches. One city.

Before the public walked in, the industry did. An invite-only, closed-door evening for Nagpur's top 75 architects and designers. Not a party. A positioning move: the people who specify furniture met the brand first, and privately. Pehle rishta, phir bazaar.

Then the grand launch. Hoardings, newspapers, a brand protagonist, influencers, all converging on one evening. 1,000+ dignitaries. Ministers. International product designers. Global brand representatives. The press arrived uninvited and wrote the story themselves: three young minds bringing the world's furniture to central India.

After Day 120, the association changed form: an ongoing partnership on revenue sharing on sales. The sprint built the brand. The association now grows it.

The Founder's Word

"We handed LOTL Infra an under-construction shell and a vision. In 120 days Nagpur had a brand it talks about. The city showed up, the industry showed up, and the enquiries came before we even opened the doors."

Case Study 02 · Mumbai

Furniture Creations
by UCD.

A bespoke furniture brand that lived inside a parent company, without a name of its own. Given an identity, a stage, and its first sales in 120 days.

Chapter 01 · Day Zero

Craft, yes. Naam, no.

Furniture Creations by UCD came to LOTL Infra with a rare problem. The craft existed. The reputation existed. The brand did not.

The work lived quietly inside a parent company, Eutopia Choice Design. No logo, no independent identity, no way for the market to name what it was buying. Kaam bolta tha, naam nahi.

And the founder was no ordinary manufacturer. Ar. Bhaktti Sabhlok is an architect and industrial designer who runs her own interior practice. For years she specified furniture for clients. Now she was building the brand she would specify herself. So this would not be a factory getting a logo. This would be a designer's brand, launched designer-first, in the room where designers gather.

UC-02
UC-03
The work was always there. The name arrived in the sprint.

Chapter 02 · Days 1 to 30

First, its own name.

Month one gave the brand what it never had: an identity of its own. Logo, visual language, communication system. Apart from the parent, yet carrying its lineage.

And the founder became the brand's strongest asset. An architect who manufactures is a story the design community actually listens to. Her personal PR became a deliberate channel, not an afterthought.

Chapter 03 · Days 31 to 90

Sold before the stage was set.

A bespoke brand does not launch to the public. It launches to the people who specify furniture for a living. So the stage was Design POV 2026, Mumbai. And one move changed the brand's weight before a single visitor arrived:

Five of Mumbai and Pune's most renowned architects were brought in as launch collaborators.

Their association did what no advertisement can. It told every architect on the floor: this brand has already been examined, and accepted, by names you respect. Because sales runs on two things no media plan can buy: emotion and trust.

Behind the scenes, a full sales and enquiry system went live before the exhibition, so every conversation would be captured, qualified, and followed through. And here is the part business minds will enjoy: the first pieces sold before Design POV even opened its doors. The system was working while the stall was still being built. Stall baad mein, sale pehle.

The credibility layer, and the conversion layer beneath it.

Chapter 04 · Days 91 to 120

Design POV. The victory lap.

By the time Design POV opened, the brand was not arriving to be tested. It was arriving with sales already on the books. The stall became the brand's first address: visual merchandising that spoke for the furniture, messaging written to start conversations, not collect compliments.

The exhibition amplified what the system had started. 40+ qualified enquiries before the main launch, 3 sales closed, and every single conversation captured. A launch that generates enquiries it cannot manage is a launch wasted. This one was built to convert.

The sprint rolled into an ongoing association on revenue sharing on sales. Next chapters already in motion: the brand's first showroom in Mumbai, September 2026, and an architect business association to accelerate sales through the community that launched it.

The Founder's Word

"As an architect I have specified furniture my whole career. LOTL Infra helped me build the brand I would specify myself. Our first pieces sold before Design POV even opened. We walked in with a new name and walked out with a business."

Case Study 03 · Delhi

Ozar Objects.

A one-year-old original solid wood furniture brand, standing on three generations of legacy. It did not need to be built. It needed to be validated by the finest minds in the room.

Chapter 01 · Day Zero

Everything money can buy. Except trust.

Ozar Objects came to LOTL Infra from a position most young brands would envy. A professionally built identity. A new independent showroom on MG Road. And behind it, three generations of legacy: parent company Sun & Kris, four showrooms, 3,00,000+ sq ft in Kirti Nagar, Delhi's furniture heartland.

Founder Raghav Pahuja is not a trader who added design. He is a third-generation entrepreneur with deep design knowledge and his own modern manufacturing unit. That let him do what few in Kirti Nagar attempt: original, Indian-made collections. Not imports. Not copies.

So the bottleneck was not identity, product, or infrastructure. It was trust. A one-year-old brand claiming original design needs the design community to walk in, examine the work, and put its name beside it. The milestone: ten architect associations from Delhi. And LOTL Infra's view on validation work is simple: the visits are the floor, not the ceiling.

Chapter 02 · Days 1 to 30

Ready for the judges.

Architects read a brand the way they read a drawing: every detail is evidence. So month one extended Ozar's identity into everything an architect would touch. Brand collaterals, marketing collaterals, and the takeaway pieces that travel back to the studio.

In parallel, the roadmap: which architects, in what sequence, with what positioning. Ozar would enter every conversation as an original design house with manufacturing depth. Not as ek aur Kirti Nagar furniture business.

Chapter 03 · Days 31 to 90

The showroom became the pitch.

The MG Road showroom was Ozar's strongest proof, so it was treated as one. Visual merchandising redesigned so the collections present the way an architect expects a design house to: composed, intentional, legible at a walk.

The showroom tour was planned like a presentation, because for an architect, it is one.

Every visit was structured: the tour route, the presentation, the takeaway. One walkthrough had to tell the full story, from three-generation legacy to original Indian-made design. Kaam bolta hai, but only if the room is set right.

Chapter 04 · Days 91 to 120

The finest minds walked in.

10+ of Delhi's architects toured the showroom. The visits were the milestone. What followed was what the milestone was designed to earn: 1 project conversion, 5 enquiries in pipeline, 1 architect business association. Trust, converting.

And the sprint delivered beyond its brief. LOTL Infra also strategised Ozar's digital media communication, extending the brand's reach beyond Delhi while the showroom worked inside it.

After Day 120 the association continued, and the brand has since launched stores in Pune and Hyderabad. Discussions are underway to carry the format into the upcoming stores, with revenue sharing in progress. Validation was the milestone. Expansion is what it unlocked.

The Founder's Word

"Three generations built our foundation. What Ozar needed was for Delhi's finest architects to walk our floor and judge the work for themselves. LOTL Infra brought them in, and the collections did the rest. Today we are in Pune and Hyderabad, and the same format travels with us."
